Commercial Transactions

I am the previous owner of a small subdivision in the City of Littleton. I enlisted Maura as sales agent for the property back in 2004. Maura worked diligently to market the project during a time of very little interest in high end sites. However, she believed in the project and put forth much effort to try and accomplish a sale. Maura handled over 100 emails and numerous letters from the buyer and his attorney and communicated all pertinent information back to me so that the loop was never broken. I consider Maura to be a person of integrity who is honest and very hard working. This is a statement that I don’t give easily for in my 45 years in the construction and real estate business, I have met very few people like Maura and I have dealt with hundreds of brokers and agents in my career.
